The 2023 Virtual Fraud Symposium promises to be our best event to date. The Hartman Firm, LLC and the Behavioral Forensics Group, LLC are the annual sponsors of this event. We are also partnering with various local Chapters of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.

We will kick off the conference with experts from the Behavioral Forensics Group. They will provide a fascinating discussion on why understanding human behavior provides the underpinnings for addressing all facets of fraud. The Keynote Speaker for the Symposium is the FBI’s Section Chief of the Financial Crimes Section from FBIHQ.

We have the City of Atlanta’s Inspector General describing the challenges an IG of a major city faces. We will hear from a partner with PwC speak on forensic investigations. An FBI Cyber agent will describe the cyber fraud threat picture. We have an interesting presentation on investigator bias in forensic investigations. There will also be a case presentation on the investigation and prosecution of celebrities Todd & Julie Chrisley the stars of the TV series, Chrisley Knows Best.
